Almost three months ago to the day, the very FIRST<\/strong> Sammy Davis Vintage giveaway concluded — and my mission of making vintage fashion more accessible to the contemporary lady GREW! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Before the 21 Dresses Giveaway– which you can read more about here<\/a> and watch the announcement video here<\/a> — Sammy Davis Vintage curated and sold vintage fashion to the creative women of New York City through events, showroom sales and an online store on Market Publique<\/a>. As a vintage seller, my mission was not only to influence<\/strong> your fashion decision toward vintage & second hand fashion, but to inspire<\/strong> you to go forth and seek it out on your own, too.<\/p>\n

In other words: I wasn’t just cooking you ladies some fish. I was teaching you how to fish — or rather, shop & wear vintage fashion\/thrift store style<\/strong> — for yourselves.<\/strong><\/em>The 21 Dresses Giveaway represented both the beginning of a new era and end of an old era for Sammy Davis Vintage. In pursuit of growing my mission’s influence to the mainstream, I launched my YouTube channel<\/a> and successfully founded the brand as a media property LLC. I decided to direct my attention to building the brand as your go-to destination for all things vintage fashion & thrift store<\/a> style, and to step away from selling\u00a0so that I could continue to teach you how to fish for yourselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I may no longer identify as a full time vintage seller, but I will forever identify as a full time vintage advocate<\/strong>. That’s why I asked the 21 Dresses Giveaway winners to send me pictures of them wearing their great prizes — vintage dresses hand selected for them from the Sammy Davis Vintage collection! Below is only a sampling of the 21 winners from the giveaway, and only ONE giveaway of many I hope will debut in the near future.<\/p>\n
